Poor customer service. I tried on a wig, got it home and realized the girl had given me the wrong wig. Now, yes, it was my fault for not double-checking, but it was her fault for bring me a different wig. Went back up there within the hour with the wig, asked if I could just have the wig I really wanted at half-price since I know they can't sell the other wig again (legally). She (lady in the back with the wigs) offered me the matted up display wig for half-price--really??? This whole thing wouldn't have happened if the employee had brought out the right wig in the first place. They took no responsibility in this honest mistake on my part and theirs. I have spend hundreds of dollars at their store. But they were willing to lose a customer over a $26 wig --that's just bad customer service period.
