Though I have been disappointed from our first encounter, I was not going to write a review... until my agent hung up the phone while I was mid-sentence. I filled out all the information requested on their website for what I was interested in. I was very detailed about how I have a 60 pound dog that will be living with me that is sometimes considered an 'aggressive breed.' This will be a huge factor in determining where I am even eligible to live. I was contacted by my agent who had not even read my information yet. She finally got all of my details straight (though I felt as if I was beating her over the head with them since she so obviously was not listening), and sent me a "customized" report. This so-called 'customized' report was simply pages and pages worth of available apartments in the areas where I was looking. I took hours searching through her list and narrowed it down to 7 choices. I specifically stated that I needed to know exactly what their pet policy was before I drove 3.5 hours to Dallas to check out these properties. This list was sent TWO WEEKS before I was planning on visiting. She insisted that she would get this information before I went to Dallas. I sent two reminder e-mails about needing that information so that I could look elsewhere if none of those properties fit my requirements. At 5:00 PM the NIGHT BEFORE I MADE THE DRIVE, I finally received a response. Only three of my initial choices fit my requirements. She added another one "just in case I wanted another option" that was OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. She clearly was never listening. At this point, I had to do the rest of the research myself - when all of the offices were closed for the evening, and keep my fingers crossed that I would be happy with my findings. She was HORRIBLE. She didn't listen, did not get the information I requested, and I would never recommend this leasing agent. I am so unhappy with the service, that I will be opting not to get the $100 cash back by listing her name on my lease. I would rather pass up the money than give her the credit. Oh, and did I mention that she called me four days after I went to look at apartments to ask how the search went. I responded politely that I was unhappy with what I saw and would be searching again in the near future. She asked if she could send me a further list and at that time I revealed that I would not be using her service because I was unhappy with the process. Instead of being professional, she simply hung up the phone mid-sentence. Do not use this service.
