I consider myself very fortunate. 43 years in radio and still living the dream. Come February, I will have been at my present station group for 13 years, and I'm hoping to stay here till I decide to hang up the headphones. Well, if you are a radio station, you can try services such as the music service Dave Scott LLC has...it's a great place to get original versions of .wav file music at a reasonable cost...(about a buck a cut)...
