This is all precisely why I NEVER use prep. All of the canned crap in the prep services has already been on 27 different entertainment shows by the time I've hit the air at 10am. Most of the ads you see are EEO required ads only. By the time it gets here, the PD/GM already has an idea who they want in the position. Unless something hits their inbox and TOTALLY blows them away, they've already made the decision where they are going. If you're a standout, they already know abo...

Nothing like it... When you see a gig that you know suits your talents and experience and you send your stuff.. then.... crickets! For an industry that HATES dead air... we sure do create a LOT of it on the management side. Either I really SUCK or the postings here are all just EEO requirements.
