no medibase charts since Feb 1

Being a huge fan of medibase that actually charts the airplay of songs has not listed daily charts of 4 days. They posted everyday for more a year since i joined. I look forward to see how a song play durung each day it is my hobby. Now the chart is 3 days behind with no reason why & am worried that the weekly chart will not post on monday like always. I wish they would explain the reason. Thank you a big fan of all access

Thank you for posting this thread. This has bothered me as well. If there is a good reason, then I understand, but I would love to know what's going on.

I hate to bring this thread back up but I noticed this morning that when you click on a specific format to bring up the chart, all you can see is a white screen with the advertisement at the top. This happens no matter what format you click on.

Why are the charts delayed yet again this morning? Are you still having technical glitches?

Why are we continuing to still seeing inconsistencies with the charts being updated on a daily basis? What is going on?

Hi folks ...
There was a technical glitch that was interrupting our data feed -- it was timing out. We believe we've gotten this bug squashed now, and the Mediabase charts have updated normally for the past few days now. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Thanks for your patience! -- Joel

Thanks for the response. It looks like the chart is delayed again today. I hope you can get the glitch fixed soon.
