There is no Spicer there anymore and it was a female. The ad is bogus in that TRN wants something it won't get; basically a Board Op or Audio Technician who has 5 years experience and should be capable of Executive Producer level. They only want bottom of the rung, low-paid staff.

This is a low-budget operation with only the "superstars" and top management making any money. Over one year ago the CEO cut all of the staff's pay in Operations by 7.5%, while management could still afford to buy new cars (on cars) and drive around in Dodge Vipers. Stay away if you want to hold on to your sanity.

Piss ant pay and their operation is a contadiction in terms. For example, all the producers on The Savage Nation are progressives, yet Savage is a hardline conservative. No wonder they've kept that one quiet from him!

Looks like they'll be looking for ever more the way they're dropping. Another guy walked out recently from the Savage show because he was getting treated badly. You go in, they pay you bottom level pay, and they expect you to take the unwarranted crap - oh, and you get to wear a stop watch around your neck because the VP Operations screwed up.
