Are there any radio game shows??

Was curious if there were any of these... and if not then why not. What if you had a national radio show that aired for an hour giving away prizes like crazy??? The Price is Right has been working for years and years couldn't something like this work on the air. Imagine the types of prizes you could give away with a national program!!

Haven't heard anything like this yet but I like the idea. Would love to see someone develop this.
